01 General Terms

25tkbet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, and features offered on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of our users. However, in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

02 Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

The following requirements must be met to open an account on 25tkbet:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Users must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• Must not have been previously banned from 25tkbet for any reason.

Registration Rules

Complete and accurate information must be provided at registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time and balances forfeited.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Your account password must be strong and unique.

Verification Process (KYC)

03 Deposits & Payments

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

04 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed to make a withdrawal from 25tkbet:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed by up to 72 hours for verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus must be bet).
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses more than once from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.
• 25tkbet reserves the right to modify bonus terms at any time.

Welcome Bonus

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 25tkbet:

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation has been received.
• 25tkbet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Live betting markets may close at any time once an event has started.

Bet Cancellation Policy

• If an event is cancelled before the scheduled start time, all stakes will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or results in a no-result, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed on odds containing an obvious error may be voided.

Maximum Payout

The maximum payout for a single bet is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT). Different limits may apply for accumulator bets. Separate payout limits may also be set for specific sports or events.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25tkbet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting arbitrage — placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus hunting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Registering with a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting money laundering or processing funds illegally.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

25tkbet may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of incorrect information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. To close your account, contact our support team.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can lock your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
• If you experience any betting-related issues, please notify our support team.
• Use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

25tkbet will not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues caused by your device or network.
• Issues arising from delays caused by third-party services (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.).
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• In the event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the available balance in your account under any circumstances.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

25tkbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A 7-day notice will be given prior to any significant changes.
• Notices will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
